CAR TRACK RIGHTS - DAYTIME RIDING 9AM-12PM AND 2PM-5PM

A suit, fireproof underwear, gloves and approved hans are compulsory for ALL cars with roll bars (except for touring vehicles / series approved with a roll bar) MANDATORY for the driver and any passengers.

Access to the track with your own vehicle, from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 5pm, in groups of 18 participants maximum.

Possibility of driving lessons taught by a BPJEPS instructor (contact us).

SERVICES :

On each Vaison Piste day, we offer you breakfast. Safety marshals will be in place for the duration of the day.

COURSE OF THE DAY

• 07:30 am: Welcome of the participants : breakfast offered, administrative controls, handing-over of a driving bracelet to access the track.
• 08:00 am: Sound check for all vehicles
• 08:30 am: Compulsory briefing for all drivers (safety instructions, day's proceedings,...)
• 09:00 am: Start of the race
• 12:00 pm: Lunch break - SNACK will be open on each day
• 14:00 pm: Resumption of the ride
• 17:00 pm: End of the ride

TYPES OF DAY :

• OPEN day: Riding will be free from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 5pm. No groups.
• Car and Motorcycle Day: 20-minute alternation between cars and motorcycles (maximum 18 cars and maximum 25 motorcycles): 9 x 20-minute rides per vehicle, i.e. 3h00 of riding.

CONDITIONS :

Access to the circuit is open to all under the following conditions:

• To have a driving licence (to be presented on the day of the ride).
• To have a "Civil Responsibility" insurance valid on the circuit (presentation of a certificate from your insurer) or to subscribe one on the spot directly the same day (indicative cost/day = 20€ TTC).
• IMPERATIVE: Have a car with a noise level not exceeding 95 dB, zero tolerance.
• To have a car with covered wheels (sedans, GT etc...).
• To have the compulsory equipment: helmet (integral if the vehicle is open, Catheram type), safety belt, towing hook.
• Reserve your place in advance.

*Civil liability is the first compulsory insurance to ride on a circuit. It is essential and covers you in the event of bodily injury caused to third parties. If it is included in your car insurance contract, you must ask your insurer for a certificate and present it on the day of the race. Please note: this certificate must state that you are covered for driving on a racetrack. If you are not covered, you can take out a daily insurance policy by reserving your track rights.
